With such a large variety of plants available, it’s often difficult to know how to care for each and everyone. Enigma solves that puzzle by offering a unique service called, “Dr. Green” which includes the full range of plant care, including watering, fertilization, trimming, as well as replacement of dead or dying plants and foliage.
‘Dr.Green’ service includes the following:
- Full examination of current plant population’s health
- Full report on status of current population
- Water schedule set according to plant requirements with a maximum of two visits per week
- Fertilization, maintenance, and trimming as needed
- Replacement plants and repotting of root bound plants at discounted rates
- Free replacement of plants destroyed by error of Enigma staff
- Customer service visits within 24 hours in case of emergency
